General membership
- The monthly plan costs RM250 each month and renews automatically until you cancel future renewals. Renewal consent is required at checkout.
- When monthly renewal is cancelled, access continues until the end of the paid period. A current payment that has already begun processing may still be completed.
- The annual plan is a one-time payment of RM1,800 for 12 months of access and does not renew automatically.
- The initial content consists of six introductory written modules with practical exercises. The programme may grow or be updated over time.
- Subscriptions or charges for third-party tools you choose to use are not included.
Payments and support
CHIP processes payments. UNIVA does not store your full card details on this site. Contact support for payment, cancellation, or refund requests. Any rights that apply to you remain protected.
Account and access
Supabase supports account identity and access control. Use an email address you can access. Do not share your sign-in code. Paid access is active only after the server confirms its status.
Business applications
Waitlist information is used to assess fit, manage follow-up, and contact you about next steps. Follow-up consent is required; marketing consent is optional. Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance, a place, a call, or a project date.
Call bookings
When you book a call, your contact details and appointment information are used to arrange the meeting with your assigned UNIVA salesperson through Google Calendar. Calendar connections are restricted to authorised team members. Customers see available times, not private calendar events. Your booking management link is private and allows you to manage your appointment.
Data and privacy
We receive the information you enter, your offer choice, revenue range, goal, preferred contact time, and limited campaign attribution. Attribution sends only campaign labels and the page path, without the full query string. Do not include personal data in UTM parameters. Security providers such as Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data to prevent abuse.
