Angel Writer registration and commitment fee
Effective 30 September 2026 · Version AW-WRITER-2026-09-30AIR WRITER is operated by UNIVA GROUP SDN. BHD. These terms explain the one-time fee to activate your Angel Writer account. Please read them before paying.
This is a registration and commitment fee for account activation and access to available Angel Writer jobs. It is not a refundable deposit, investment, prepaid salary, or purchase of guaranteed work. The total registration charge is RM50; no additional AIR WRITER service fee is added.
1. Registration and activation
You must be at least 18, provide accurate profile and contact details, and accept these terms. Pay through the designated CHIP link using your AIR WRITER member reference, then submit your payment reference in your account. After the owner verifies the RM50 payment, your Angel Writer account activates automatically. There is no separate application review. Opening CHIP, uploading a receipt, or returning from checkout does not by itself confirm payment.
2. Non-refundable fee
The RM50 registration and commitment fee is non-refundable if you change your mind, remain inactive, choose not to accept work, close your account voluntarily, or receive fewer jobs than expected. There is no promise of a minimum number of jobs or earnings.
This policy does not prevent correction of a duplicate or incorrectly charged payment, a refund where AIR WRITER cannot provide the registration access paid for, or a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Your commitment as an Angel Writer
- Accept only jobs you can complete accurately and by the agreed posting date.
- Write the sender's supplied words faithfully. Ask for clarification before changing the message.
- Protect private scripts, addresses and contact details. Do not publish them or use them for another purpose.
- Submit accurate handwriting and posting evidence. Obtain the required approval for postage before posting.
- Communicate promptly if you cannot complete an accepted job. Do not submit false payment or mailing evidence.
4. Jobs and earnings
Available work depends on sender demand and job requirements. Registration does not guarantee employment, an exclusive territory, a minimum income, or a specific number of assignments. The registration fee is separate from the writing fee and postage for each letter. Review the job details and payment arrangements before accepting a job.
5. Account access
AIR WRITER may pause access to investigate suspected fraud, misuse of personal information, or failure to complete accepted work. We will explain the reason and provide a way to respond where lawful and practicable. A suspension does not remove any refund or other right required by law. AIR WRITER is not available in Israel.
6. Payment questions and assistance
Contact UNIVA GROUP SDN. BHD. at +60 19 429 1470 with your member reference and CHIP payment reference. Do not send passwords or complete card details. Any approved refund is handled through the payment provider where available; processing times depend on the provider and bank.

Yuran pendaftaran dan komitmen Angel Writer ialah RM50 sekali sahaja. Tiada caj pendaftaran berulang dan tiada tambahan caj perkhidmatan AIR WRITER untuk pendaftaran. Akaun diaktifkan secara automatik selepas pemilik mengesahkan pembayaran melalui CHIP.
Yuran ini tidak dikembalikan kerana perubahan fikiran, akaun tidak aktif, tidak menerima tugasan, penutupan akaun secara sukarela atau bilangan tugasan yang kurang daripada jangkaan. Pendaftaran tidak menjamin pekerjaan, tugasan atau pendapatan. Pengecualian terpakai bagi bayaran pendua atau tersilap, kegagalan AIR WRITER menyediakan akses pendaftaran yang dibayar, serta bayaran balik atau remedi yang diwajibkan undang-undang. Hak yang tidak boleh diketepikan oleh undang-undang kekal terpelihara.
