This policy explains how UNIVA handles information when you use univa.my, its student platform, membership services, and related support channels.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive limited Google account information needed to identify your account, such as your email address, name, profile image, and Google account identifier. We may also process membership status, payment references, support messages, and basic security information such as timestamps and request metadata.
How we use information
- Authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
- Confirm access to learning materials and membership services.
- Provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
UNIVA does not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising.
Services that process data
Supabase provides account authentication and database services. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and network protection. Payment providers process transactions on their own secure systems; UNIVA does not store complete payment-card details.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate UNIVA, when you request it, or when legally required. We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes, applicable legal records, dispute handling, and security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and transaction records. You can disconnect UNIVA through your Google Account security settings.
Security and contact
UNIVA uses access controls, encrypted connections, restricted credentials, and service-provider safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
