An original educational reconstruction of the 2018 BMW 5 Series (G30) and its B48 engine. Explore — selectable assemblies, service parts and surrounding cooling components. Repeated hardware is grouped; this count is not a factory bill of materials.
The shared B48 engine core was reconstructed from technical diagrams.
The vehicle context represents the surrounding systems shown in this engine-bay view.
Shapes, bends and mounting positions are interpretive. The relay/fuse carrier, fan arrangement and reference belt accessories are schematic and are not a verified VIN-specific layout. This is not dimensionally certified 1:1 manufacturer CAD, a complete fastener inventory or a workshop repair guide.
Explode moves all groups together under direct slider control. Step by step follows an ordered educational sequence with checked bounding-box clearance paths and returns along the same paths when reassembling. Each mode remembers its position. Free explode is not a collision-checked removal procedure.
Open Included parts to inspect grouped details, or search by their names. Shop links open component-specific Shopee searches. Curated listings are Coming soon; search results are not verified fitment recommendations.
Independent educational project by UNIVA, not affiliated with the vehicle manufacturers. Original reconstructed geometry; no reference images are redistributed. Rendered with Three.js (MIT licence).
