IGG runs a national esports community, and the software behind it had to do everything at once: memberships, tournaments, wallet, ticketing and leagues, for players on mobile, the public on the web and organizers behind a console. Building that in-house would mean hiring an engineering team before the first tournament. IGG needed a partner who ships production software, not prototypes.

UNIVA owns the IP and keeps shipping.
An RM180k engagement structured the UNIVA way: revenue share on what the platform earns, protected by a monthly floor of RM5,500. The platform is in build, with surfaces landing in stages, and UNIVA operates everything it ships: uptime, security and monthly improvements, so IGG grows the community while we run the system.
